Earlier this year District Manager Michael Cook announced his plan to retire in May of 2019. While we wish the best for Mike on his new adventures, we acknowledge his many Contributions to our organization. During Mike's years as District Engineer and District Manager of LTWD he guided the District in a very positive direction. Mike's management skills and knowledge have helped position the District for success as we move forward. His vision has laid the groundwork for the District to continue "serving our customers with safe, reliable and good tasting water at a fair price."
As we say goodbye to Mike, we are happy to announce District Engineer Amber Kauffman is taking on the role of District Manager. Amber has been with LTWD since 2016 under Mike’s tutelage. Her experience working as a civil engineer in the water industry gives her the background needed to guide the District through a smooth transition and into a forward-thinking future.
