EyeOnWater

Discover the future of water management with EyeOnWater, a smart app that allows you to track and manage your water usage.

In 2021, Little Thompson Water District upgraded the water meters throughout the district with the latest smart meter technology. This technology allows meters to be read remotely, as well as gives our customers the ability to monitor their water usage directly. Powered by Badger Meter, in association with LTWD, EyeOnWater lets you connect to your LTWD account to see how much water you’re using. It can even alert you to possible leaks on your property.

Get to know your water usage by creating a FREE account at the EyeOnWater website.

Benefits:

  • Access to your water consumption data on an hourly, daily, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Get configurable leak alerts by email or SMS text message.
  • Easy to view and understand your water usage to help you manage the resource.
  • Can help you identify areas to make changes to reduce your bill.
  • Download the app to your phone to conveniently monitor your usage from anywhere.

Do I have a smart meter?

Check for a composite lid on your meter pit to see if you have a smart meter. If you are still not sure if you have a new smart meter, you can follow this link to sign up and enter the required information (zip code and account number leaving out the dot from the account number). If there is a smart meter installed at your property, the website will allow a username and password to be setup to access the account.

Please note that this technology is  not available to all accounts within the District. Some areas do not have the proper cell signals for the meters to transmit data at this time. Areas shaded in purple on the below map currently do not have EyeOnWater service.
